The successful candidate for Line Cook will be passionate and highly motivated with a desire to excel in the culinary field. Prior kitchen experience is a plus.


Skills & Responsibilities include:
-Ability to expedite service and stay organized in a busy restaurant kitchen.-Preparation of all items needed for service such as chopping vegetables, mixing sauces, setting up cook line, etc. -Paying attention to detail, handling multiple tasks, and having a high level of patience.-Ability to work within the guidelines of the company's safety regulations and transfer the knowledge to colleagues. -Approachable, open-minded, and fair with other team members.-Flexible work hours to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.-High energy & positive attitude.Preferred:-Advanced HACCP certification or equivalent.-Ability to speak multiple languages.-Working knowledge of recipes, techniques, and food prep.-Working knowledge of computers and basic software.-Knowledge of various cuisines is a plus.-Previous experience as a chef, sous chef, line cook, or other kitchen or food preparation role.-Experience with inventory management.-Experience with restaurant ordering systems or software.-Previous experience as a food server, service assistant, or bartender is a plus.Compensation:-Starting hourly rate depends on experience.To apply, please visit: https://app.jobhive.com/job/5542e87fba00004c60f9a242 Thank you for your interest in joining the Auberge team of passionate and dedicated hospitality professionals!
