Athena Karsant, an internationally renowned master cosmetic, corrective and paramedical tattoo specialist, is one of the few Board Certified instructors through the State of California. Using MicroArt Permanent Makeup techniques, she has created an unsurpassed portfolio of permanent cosmetics, scar camouflage and more.
