Are you anxious about having your fine handcrafted rug cleaned? At Artisan, we understand your concerns. The safety of your rug is our TOP PRIORITY. This is why we do not use wringers, heat, tumblers or scrubbers on your carpets. Our highly trained, experienced rug technicians complete all of the work by hand after careful and extensive testing. You may visit us any time to discuss our procedures directly with the person who will be taking care of your rug. Our repair staff has over 40 years' combined experience.
It is important to have your rugs cleaned in order to prolong their life and beauty. We strongly advise against having them cleaned in the home - this does not accomplish the purpose of removing matter form the foundation of the rug.
