Dr. David A. Berman, MD, FAAD has performed the Artas procedure longer than any other surgeon in the world. He was the Principal Investigator (PI) who performed the clinical trials that led to FDA approval in 2011, and remains the Principal Investigating physician for clinical studies with Restoration Robotics, Inc, the maker of the device.
