The Armstrong Law Firm has over thirty years experience in counseling, assisting, educating, and representing employers and insurance companies in all areas relating to disability and the workplace.  This includes the primary emphasis in work related disabilities, but encompasses expertise in the integration of obligations under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA/CFRA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), OSHA, ERISA, and benefit plan implementation and coordination.
