I’m a certified massage therapist and yoga instructor, specializing in therapeutic massage and bodywork, and offering wellness support near Alamo Square in San Francisco. Many of my clients are moms, as I am, and virtually all of my clients see me regularly and consistently, as part of their ongoing health maintenance program.
