About
The Marin Golf Fitness Center is a state of the art Golf Fitness Center. Ann Grassel, PT is a Titleist Certifiend Golf Fitness Instructor and a long time Golfer. Her new facility has an indoor hitting bay where she videotapes her client's golf swing to identify 12 Common Golf Swing Faults. She then performs a Physical Performance analysis to assess the physical deficits that are contributing to the Golf Swing Faults. She then developes a golf specific exercise program to correct the physcial deficits. These exercises can be sent to your computer to be done at home or in your gym. Golf Fitness packages are also available. They include a pre and post analysis and 9 or 18 sessions at The Marin Golf Fitness Center, where you can work one-o-one with Ann and use the latest exercise equipment to perfect your golf swing.
