In my twenty years as a therapist I have helped people in almost every situation imaginable. I love my work, and I genuinely care about my clients. I think being empathic and non-judgmental are crucial to being a good therapist.  A truly skilled therapist will go beyond just providing support to helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself so that you can decide if you would want to change anything about your perspective, yourself, your relationship or your circumstances.




Because every person and situation is unique, I tailor psychotherapy for each client based on what will be most effective and useful, rather than applying one standard approach. I incorporate a variety of approaches and theoretical models, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Family Systems Theory.
