"Great customer service! Our Sony TV had no picture one morning, and I looked online via Sony Help. Alpha Electronics immediately came out to the house, and fixed it on the spot. The cost of the in-house call + labor + parts came out to $255. All the other authorized Sony dealers would not come out earlier than 2 weeks, and they estimated their cost at $180 for just the call. The technician was pleasant and efficient. Our TV looks brand new with beautiful pictures/colors!"
