Therapy is a special opportunity to understand yourself more deeply and make any changes that are important to you. Our work together will support you in creating the life, work and relationships that you most deeply want. I will work towards developing a relationship with you where you can feel safe to express your thoughts and feelings and to identify what is holding you back from living life more fully. 
I believe one of the first steps in our work together is to articulate clear goals so that we can most effectively address your specific needs and struggles. We will do this in a nonjudgmental and safe environment. 
After actively listening and providing validating, intuitive feedback, I will work with your strengths and skills toward your goals. We will work on self-acceptance, self-awareness, improving your relationships, and creating more fulfillment in your life.
My style is warm, engaging, and thoughtful with a focus on helping you develop greater awareness and connection to yourself and those closest to you. I am committed to meeting you with compassion, respect, and empathy, and to discovering and trusting your innate wisdom and strength.
