Age & The City Home Care provides leading non-medical dementia care services for clients with ranges of early onset dementia to severe. We also provide families free access to our dementia care training material that our Care Coordinators are required to complete. This material includes factual information about dementia, how to communicate with elders more effectively, and how to deal with dementia-related behavior problems such as sundowners syndrome. Our mission is to bring our clients to their overall optimal health by considering biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors when caring, which in turn allows our clients to live happier lives.
