Description
Join us in Daly City also known as "Little Manila" and savor the fantastic food at Sinugba. "Sinugba" translates to "grilled" in Visayan, one of the many dialects in the Philippines. Augusto Camacho hails from Cebu, a region of Visayas, and he believes that grilling is the best way to prepare food.Have a taste of the "Chickboy" - Augusto's own sisig medley combining chicken and pork belly served sizzling on hot cast iron or the Oxtail Caldereta - a stew exhibiting Spanish influence in Filipino cuisine with the use of tomatoes, garlic, and paprika. Our 6-course menu will have you coming back for more…possibly for breakfast in the morning when they serve some dynamite silog dishes?
