We had a class reunion on Sept 25th and we had one person who was a vegetarian. Dominic the executive chef was very flexible with the group menu. He was able to come up with with many more asian fusion vegetable dishes to balance out for our vegetarian friend. I for one am not a vegetarian but I can tell you that those dishes were very delicious. Kudos to the chef for being very creative and accomodating right there on the spot.
