Diners can now eat indoors in Santa Clara County, if they want. Some restaurants are taking advantage of the extra capacity allowed by local health officials, and launching new, seasonal menus or bringing back crowd favorites.
Each week the staff at SanJose.com compiles some of those restaurants, including ones that recently expanded their hours, date night spots, casual fare and diners sticking to takeout and delivery for now.

Plumed Horse expanded its operating hours to include Wednesday evenings this month, and has unveiled its fall menu. Outdoor seating, which includes heaters, fountains, firepits and chandeliers, is open at 5pm Wednesday to Sunday.

Like many Santa Clara County restaurants, Le Papillon recently reopened its indoor dining room at limited capacity, but that means its three- and four-course prix fixe and tasting menus are back. Outdoor dining is also open, as is takeout, daily from 5 or 5:30 to 9pm.
