A new kind of festival takes over Silicon Valley this week. Creative Convergence Silicon Valley, or C2SV for short, is a mix of music, tech and networking.

The three-day event taking place Oct. 6-8 will feature a series of lectures, panels, interactive demos, cocktail parties and concerts. The days will be filled with futuristic discussions led by business leaders and tech innovators while the nights will feature a collection of rock and electronic musicians. Speakers include a talented mix of seasoned professionals from a variety of industries and Davidson Scholars, the youngest being only 14 years old.

Musical performances span multiple genres and include many local groups. A few acts to look forward to include Traxamillion, John Beaver, Hounds of Innsmouth and DJ Basura.  Acts will be performing at a variety of venues spread out across the SoFA District’s South First Street, all within walking distance.

Tickets range from free passes for individuals and students, to a corporate pass for $99 and a VIP pass which includes preferred seating at technology talks, all-access at music venues, exclusive networking and VIP Lounge access for $199.
