Netflix recently rented 20,000 sq. feet of office space in Los Gatos in order to expand its presence in the town. The new space, located at 170 Knowles Drive, is adjacent to its current headquarters.
The space, which was rented from South Bay Development, was renovated at a cost of $1.2 million. The first occupants of the new offices began moving in early March.
