Come to restaurant James Randall for a last-Tuesday-of-the-month winemaker dinner with Joyce Vineyards of Carmel. Some of the things on the menu include crab risotto served with chardonnay, duck confit over a buttermilk waffle served with pinot noir, fennel crusted pork tenderloin in a pomegranate reduction with cabernet sauvignon and chocolate and hazelnut macaroons for a sweet finish.
Dishcrawl through San Jose Wednesday, Feb. 23
