We are one of few Kung Fu and Tai Chi schools in the San Francisco area focused exclusively to ADULT only training, which creates an environment and community unlike many others. We also have a strong emphasis on increasing women's participation within the martial arts. Whether becoming a top fighter, becoming the most healthy and resilient you can be, or having the focus and tools to master all aspects of your life; 108 Heroes will provide your path!
