This warm and inviting South Bay steakhouse, combines traditional American cuisine with a touch of creativity. Spencer's for Steaks and Chops offers an innovative and eclectic menu that includes an array of prime and natural namesake meats, seafood and chicken. Spencer's uses only the highest quality steaks and chops. Steaks are aged 21 days and cooked in 1600 degree infrared broilers to ensure the natural beef juices are sealed in a thin charred crust.

The menu combines a mouthwatering range of meat options including: Filet Mignon, succulent Lamb Chops, Double-Cut Pork Chops, Organic Chicken and the renowned Boneless Ribeye for which Spencer's is named. Seafood favorites include Sterling Salmon and Alaskan Halibut while pasta lovers enjoy our handmade pasta offerings. The menu also includes a number of other specialty items like Salmon Tartare, Crab Cakes and Lobster Salad.

Each innovative dish is expertly prepared, comprising quality, fresh and local ingredients with an indisputably creative flair.

Meet our Chef: Chef William Hughins

• Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area A
• Attended California Culinary Academy.
• Educated in fine meats at San Francisco's Guerra's
• Sous Chef at Hawks restaurant in Granite Bay, CA
• Worked at Spruce in San Francisco and was part of the team that earned it's first Michelin Star.
• Assisted Chef Tyler Florence opening El Paseo in Mill Valley - promoted to Chef de Cuisine and received three stars in the San Francisco Chronicle.
• Chef Di Cuisine at iconic San Francisco restaurant Wayfare Tavern
• Moved back to the South Bay join the Hilton Family as Chef at Spencers for Steaks and Chops.
