A 20-year Downtown San Jose institution, this large Vietnamese nightclub (upstairs) features live Viet performers and DJ dance music on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
On Mondays and Wednesdays, Club Lido caters to the gay community with a colorful cast of Spanish-speaking transgender performers who lip-synch to popular recordings. Thursday was added as a gay night, butt it's best to check.
Live Mexican bands perform banda music downstairs for the Corona and tequila drinking crowd.
